Sweet Princess Bowtique designs and manufactures all of our own merchandise. We are very meticulous and creative when desiging accessories for your little sweetie!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through Paypal.
What are the shipping fees? This applies to all shipments to the United States including Hawaii, Alaska and United States territories. This shipping rate does not apply to International or wholesale orders.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Please note that all products are custom made when you order! Sweet Princess Bowtique's current processing time is approximately 5-7 business days before your order ships. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation, which takes 2-7 days for delivery depending on your distance from Sweet Princess Bowtique.
What is your return or exchange policy? At Sweet Princess Bowtique he pride ourselves on the high quality of our products. Our products are custom made for each order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.
Can you rush my order? Unfortunatley, at this time we are not accepting any rush orders. Please make sure to check our shipping times before you place your order.
Will I receive and order confirmation?
You will be updated on your entire order process. We will email you with an order confirmation letter shortly after your purchase. It will detail each product you ordered with the price, as well as with a confirmation of the shipping address that you provided us. Occassionaly high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our bowtique.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Sweet Princess Bowtique currently ships to several countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America, as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa).
